The Company has set up a laboratory specifically allocated to Quality Control, for the verification and calibration of the instruments and devices equipping the Q.C. and the personnel operating in self-checking mode.
At the start of a new work phase, the first piece machined is checked in its every form and dimension in order to guarantee that the production machine is checked and enabled for further production work.
Subsequently, by way of appropriate instruments, the conformity of the product turned out is checked according to technical specifications and/or drawing, throughout the various phases of the production process.
All equipment and checking devices are periodically verified, calibrated and matched to “Primary Samples” whose firm reference is guaranteed by the appointed institutions recognised both nationally and on an international scale.
